ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 hours for order processing. You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your order is on its way.

STORE PICKUP

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
Orders can be collected anytime during our business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) once you've received pickup confirmation.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Then click "Continue to shipping".

• Local delivery is available for addresses within a 25-mile radius of our shop.
• If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your order is outside our delivery range.

Delivery Timing:

• Orders placed before 9am (even outside store hours) will be delivered the same day, provided it's a day we are open.
• Orders placed after 9 AM, or placed on a day we are closed, will be delivered on the next open business day.
  

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Some orders may require 1 to 5 days for delivery depending on the location and product availability. If this applies, we'll email you to confirm the updated delivery time frame.
