Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your order is on its way.

STORE PICKUP
Location: 14-20 Bell Green Road, Coventry, CV6 7GP
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be collected Monday–Saturday, 9:30am–6:00pm, after you receive pickup confirmation.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We deliver locally within 30 miles of Coventry. Standard delivery is to the ground floor. During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. If the local delivery option does not appear, your order is outside our delivery range.

DELIVERY TIMING
Orders placed before 9am (including outside store hours) will be delivered the same day, provided it is a day we are open. Orders placed after 9am, or on a day we are closed, will be delivered on the next open business day. Some orders may require 1–5 days depending on location and product availability; we will email you if this applies.

ACCESS AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Please measure doorways and provide a clear, safe route. Items are delivered to the ground floor unless a special request has been agreed in advance. Beds and mattresses can be taken upstairs where access is safe. Large American-style fridge freezers may require door removal, which must be agreed before delivery. We do not remove doors, door frames or windows from your property. A working telephone number is required so our driver can arrange your delivery slot.

INSTALLATION
Installation is available with most products where the option is shown on the product page. We can arrange installation for electric hobs, ovens, cookers and suitable laundry appliances when the correct connections are already in place. We do not install or disconnect gas appliances; a Gas Safe registered engineer is required.

REMOVAL AND RECYCLING
Old appliance recycling and packaging removal are available only where shown on the product page. We can take old fridges, freezers and electrical appliances, plus packaging from your new product when selected. Appliances must be disconnected before collection; gas appliances must always be disconnected by a Gas Safe engineer. We do not collect old beds, mattresses or other furniture.
