Orders can be collected anytime during our business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) once you've received pickup confirmation.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Local delivery is available for addresses within a 25-mile radius of our shop.
  • If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your order is outside our delivery range.

Delivery Timing:

  • Orders placed before 9am (even outside store hours) will be delivered the same day, provided it's a day we are open.
  • Orders placed after 9 AM, or placed on a day we are closed, will be delivered on the next open business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Some orders may require 1 to 5 days for delivery depending on the location and product availability. If this applies, we'll email you to confirm the updated delivery time frame.
